Question? What other factor does death need in order to come knocking at your door? A BED! It’s really that simple. Of course barring a devastating disease, massive heart attack, or unfortunate accident. Nobody dies of old age or natural causes while walking their dog or working out. They die in a bed; either their own or the hospitals. Everyone at some old age point has a talk with themselves (consciously or not) and either justifies “moving on” or refuses to do so. At this point, or preferably long before, one needs to simply get up and keep moving. Really moving is the key here. When is the last time you witnessed someone die on the treadmill? The answer is an astounding never; and you never will. Anyways… in 70 odd years I will test this theory of mine.
